With the rent due and his car booted, Sean (Dr. Dre) has to come up with some ends...and fast. When his best buddy and roommate Dee Loc (Snoop Dogg), suggests that Sean get a job busting suds down at the local car wash, the first order of business is impressing Mr. Washington (George Wallace) the gun-toting, dominoes-playing owner of The Wash. Unaware that the two are roomies, Mr. Washington hires Sean as Dee Loc's supervisor. Comic tensions flare between the two, especially when Dee Loc suspects Sean of trying to slow his roll with the side hustles he's got going on in the car wash parking lot...and with the ladies in the locker room. But there are bigger things to worry about at The Wash. One is the menacing phone calls from a disgruntled employee, and the other is figuring out how to get money to pay off the kidnappers who've snatched Mr. Washington! If Sean, Dee Loc, and the rest of the gang don't settle their differences and get Mr. Washington back, the good times at The Wash will soon come to an end.

In his first solo film, Snoop stars as Jimmy bones, the stylish guardian of a thriving inner-city neighborhood in the late '70s, refusing to profit from the growth of illegal narcotics he knows will ruin his city. Betrayed and murdered by his own followers, Bones is buried in his own home and long forgotten over two decades later when his gothic mansion is transformed into a hip-hop nightclub. That's all the ghost of Bones needs to return and exact bloody revenge on those who wronged him and turned his haunts into a crime and drugs-infested nightmare. Bones' lady Pearl (Pam Grier) and best pal Shotgun (Ronald Selmour) have remained loyal all these years... but everybody else is in for a grisly shock as an angry spirit shows them the true meaning of "urban decay."

Notable TV Appearances:
The Jimmy Kimmel Show (27th - 31st Jan 2003)
Snoop Dogg was guest co-host of The Jimmy Kimmel Show during its debut week in 2003. During the premiere episode actor George Clooney passed around a bottle of vodka and an audience member vomited, and as such the bar that serves drinks to audience members has been shut down.

The show premiered early Monday two hours after the end of the Super Bowl and was seen by an average of 4.8 million viewers. Besides Clooney pouring drinks, Snoop tested censors by several times making an on-camera obscene gesture with his hand, as well as providing lots of comic relief to the show

"We were not comfortable with the systems in place for serving wine and beer," ABC spokesman Kevin Brockman said.

Doggy Fizzle Televizzle (Debuted Nov 2002)
Snoop Dogg hosting the pilot episode of Doggy Fizzle Televizzle

Doggy Fizzle Televizzle is a show hosted by Snoop on MTV containing a collection of humorous skits, music performances and man-on-the-street bits featuring Snoop.

In the first pilot episode drew 1.7 million viewers and included skits of Snoop:
1. Working undercover at an Arby's drive-through, pouring one unsuspecting customer gin-and-juice
2. Wearing gold chains and a powder blue velour jogging suit, bragging about getting kicked off the Muppets Christmas special before it even aired.
3. Rapping a few nursery rhymes -- "Old MacDonald" became "Old Mack Daddy," and "This Old Man" became "This Old Pimp."
4. Plays the fur-clad Cap'n Pimp, sucks down a 40-ounce malt liquor, then rushes to the aid of a woman being robbed. Using his special pimp powers, Snoop's hand extends à la Inspector Gadget, and he cold-slaps the male assailant.
5. Going into a real school and playing the character Mr. Dizzle, a teacher who wears a gray suit and tie, bulky wire-rim glasses and an Afro. First lesson. "Do drugs."... "Do drugs!" the kids in the classroom, who looked about 8 years old, obediently recited.

Story time. Mr. Dizzle reads a classic in the pimp noir genre, "Trick Baby" by Iceberg Slim, one installment of a series of novels published by former Chicago pimp Robert Beck in the 1970s. Mr. Dizzle reads aloud the part of the novel where the pimp threatens to put a woman's "fast little butt into a sling."

"What do you think happens next?" Dr. Dizzle quizzes the students.
"He's going to kill her?" a student offers.
The class roars with laughter..

The Muppets Christmas Special (2002)
Unfortunately a scene where Snoop raps with Kermit the Frog didn't make the final cut. This was despite denials by producers that he was cut out shortly after protests against Snoop's appearance on the show, due to his past involving drugs and women.
